He has been involved in over 450 real estate transactions totalling over $250 million as a broker, investor and a developer.  He has achieved the GRI designation from the National Association of Realtors. A Diamond-Platinum member of the Masters Circle - Portland Metro Association of Realtors. Recognized as a Five Star Professional Realtor for  2011-15. Ranked in the TOP 1% for sales volume every year since 2011, for all real estate brokers in the Portland Metro Area (over 7,000 brokers).  Over the past few years, Bill has converted several apartment buildings to condominiums in the Northwest 23rd area of Portland. He has been a licensed general contractor and developer before committing to real estate brokerage full-time.  Bill has extensive experience in investment properties and property management.
